How to Place an Order

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Ordering school pictures should be simple. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process, whether you’re building a package, ordering digital files, or just grabbing a few prints.

Step 1: Log in to your gallery

Use your online code to log in to your gallery using this link: Gallery Log In

Enter an email address to associate with your order.

Step 2: View your photos and select your favorites

Browse your student’s images and click the ❤️ (heart) icon to mark your favorites. This makes it easier to find your top picks when building a package.

Step 3: Click "Shop"

Once you've favorited your photos, click the "Shop" button to view all available packages, prints, digital files, and gift items.

Step 4: Choose your product(s)

Browse through our many flexible and valuable options so you can find what works best for your family, such as:

Photo packages
Digital downloads
A La Carte prints
Gift items + more!

Not sure what to pick? Our Mix & Match package lets you combine prints and digital files in one option.

Step 5: Checkout

At checkout, you’ll:

Enter your shipping and billing information
Be prompted to confirm your shipping address (even for digital-only orders)
- This helps prevent delays and ensures that your order arrives on time.

Using a discount code:

In the Available Offers section, select “Do you have a discount or promo code?”
A field will appear where you can enter your code
Only one code may be used per order. If a code is auto-applied, click Remove to enter your own

Step 6: Review Your Confirmation and Standby for Tracking Updates

After you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from no-reply@imagequix.com.

Review your order confirmation to ensure your order was placed correctly. If you notice any errors, please contact our help desk for immediate assistance at help@sotmpinggroundphoto.com.

Orders typically ship out within 5 business days. After they are shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information from help@stompinggroundphoto.com.
