No Images in Gallery

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR NO IMAGES IN GALLERY

If a student's school picture gallery has no individual images appearing, there are a few possible explanations:

• Student's Absence on Picture Day: If your child was out sick, on vacation, or otherwise absent when school portraits were taken, no photos would have been added to the gallery. Makeup Picture Day provides another opportunity for your student to get photographed.

• Unable to capture photos: While we aim to have all students feel happy and at ease, some students choose to not participate in having their portraits taken.  If this is the case for your student, we suggest checking to see if your school offers a Makeup Day. 

• Technical issue: There is an outside chance of a technical problem preventing the photos from appearing properly in the gallery.

WE’RE HERE TO HELP

If you are sure your student was photographed, reach out to our customer service team. For faster assistance, we encourage parents to confirm the following information and ask students if necessary: 

• Was your student at school on Picture Day?
• Can you confirm with your student that they were photographed individually?
• Do they remember what day, and around what time? 
• Can they describe the photographer? 
• What was your student wearing for their photos that day?
• If there is a group photo, can you tell us if you see your student in the group photo? 

It is also helpful to provide us with a reference image of your student, if possible!
