How to Pick Your Yearbook Photo

For schools with a yearbook, we offer a convenient feature in the shopping cart called the Yearbook Selection Tool. Students can choose their favorite portrait photo for the yearbook in their gallery:

• Schools have the option of making one or two yearbook selections.
• If you do not see directions, that means that your school is not using the yearbook selection tool or that your deadline has passed. 
• Selections are visible in the cart and can be modified up until the deadline. 
• Once the deadline has passed, selections are sent to the school Picture Day Contact. 
• IMPORTANT: "Hearting" an image relates to purchases only. Clicking a ♡ does not signify a yearbook selection has been made.

How to Select a Yearbook Photo:

• Login to your gallery.
• Select the "Choose Yearbook" tab at the top of the screen.
• Click the "Select a Photo" button and choose your favorite yearbook photo. Be sure to check if your school has specific instructions on what type of image to choose. 
• Select "Confirm"
• If you have two poses, you will be prompted to choose pose #2.

Do students receive reminders to make their selections? 

If the school prodivded emails, families will receive email reminders to select their yearbook image. If we do not have emails for families, the most up to date info, such as deadlines, can be found on a school's Picture Day Page. 

What happens if a student does not make a yearbook selection by the deadline? 

If a student does not make a selection by the deadline, we will choose one for them.
