Stomping Ground Photo is a provider of school pictures. Www.stompinggroundphoto.com is owned and operated by Stomping Ground Photography, Inc. We are sensitive to the privacy concerns of visitors to our website and our online shopping cart. We value our customers and the students we photograph. This policy explains our online information practices pertaining to ordering from stompinggroundphoto.com (and subsequently, our vendor, vando.imagequix.com), and the images and data tied to the images that you log in to view. 

We responsibly limit the use and disclosure of your personal information. We may use your personal information or your student's information for the following purposes:

• to provide the products or services you request, or information about them,
• to produce and deliver photographic products and services per our agreement with the Organization you are affiliated with,
• to deliver Stomping Ground Photo marketing communications and promotional materials that may be of interest to you.

Stomping Ground Photo works with outside organizations that provide support services to help us fulfill customer orders (our lab where the photos are printed and our online shopping cart). These parties are authorized to use the information solely in conjunction with the specific service they provide to or on behalf of Stomping Ground Photo. We require that the information provided be used only for the specifically authorized purpose and that its strict confidentiality be maintained. 

Your student’s personal information is incorporated into products that we provide to your associated Organization. The Organization provides Stomping Ground Photo with student data. For example, if Stomping Ground Photo is producing student ID cards, we need the student ID number to execute picture day and deliver services to the school; a school yearbook includes name and grade information; online codes for viewing may contain first 4 letters of first and last name so the code is “memorable” for parents. You should notify your Organization if you wish to exclude your photo or other personal information from such products and services.

We are unable to change random online codes but if your code is based on your student's first and last name, we are always willing to make your student online code whatever you want it to be, just email help@stompinggroundphoto.com and list your school and student name and preferred online code. 

Please be assured that Stomping Ground Photo does not use its customers’ photographs in marketing or advertising materials without first obtaining a photo release from the photo subject (or, in the case of a minor, the photo subject’s parent or legal representative). As you can see from our website, a lot of our amazing customers have allowed us to use their children's images. For this, we are grateful.
