HOW LONG DOES SGP KEEP PHOTOS?

We're proud to share that we never delete photos. School portrait galleries remain available to view and order from for two years after Picture Day, then expire.

ACCESSING EXPIRED PHOTO GALLERIES

We can pull older photos and place them into a single, organized gallery for each student. This saves you from juggling more links, codes, and separate orders across multiple years. We will build a chronological view and label the images by year so you can follow each student’s photo journey from start to finish.

Since this is a manual process, we charge $65-100 per student, depending on the number of years we're searching through, and then send back a $45 credit per student to use toward your order. The turnaround is about one week.
