How Long Does SGP Keep Photos?

We're proud to share that we never delete photos. School portrait galleries remain available to view and order from for a period of two years after Picture Day before they are expired.

Accessing Expired Photo Galleries

We are happy to temporarily reactivate any expired galleries, giving you up to 2 weeks to place an order. To access an expired gallery, email us your student's name, school, and school year(s) and we'll send you a fresh link!
