If for any reason you are unhappy with your school photo order, contact our customer service team. We will work with you to understand the issue and make it right by reprinting your order or providing a full refund - whichever you prefer. 


If you're not satisfied with your order, let us know! We'll gladly fix it, reprint it, and reship it.  If a product is missing or damaged, let us know within 4 weeks of receiving it and we'll send a replacement.
