Secure Connection Error 

If you receive a message stating "Your connection is not secure/private" when attempting to view your school portrait proofs, there may be an issue with your internet connection. This is preventing a secure link between your web browser and our website. To resolve this and access your photos, please check the following:

  1. Ensure your Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable is properly connected. Reconnect or reset as needed.
  2. If using a work or public network, there may be security settings blocking access. Try an alternate personal network instead.
  3. Reinstall an updated version of your web browser. Older versions may be incompatible with our website security.
  4. Contact your Internet Service Provider if issues continue. They can check for any network outages or problems on their end impacting connectivity.

When in Doubt, Clear it Out

If you're experiencing a technical glitch such as your cart not clearing or something just not loading quite right, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. This gives the cart a nice refreshing breath of air and usually solves minor issues. We also recommend trying to access the gallery from an incognito or private window. This usually does the trick as well.
